Here's a cheesy grin..still can't see his onesie!
And here's a goofy face! He's getting better at walking behind this toy car. He's even figured out how to go forward and backward when sitting on it. He hasn't figured out HOW to get on it, but once we put him on it...he's off and running!
Our friends hosted a Light the Night Party Saturday night. Mimi came in for the weekend, since Paw Paw had to work nights, and she didn't want to pass out candy by herself. PLUS...she spent Halloween here last year when Garrett was only 10 days old! She drove in yesterday after going to Anna's carnival at school...so she did get to see Anna in her costume too! Here's Mimi and Garrett dressed and ready for the party! Of course...Garrett was a little monkey!
All the families that came to the party were supposed to decorate (paint/carve) a pumpkin. Since we've been on a monkey kick for a while now...it was obvious that's what I was going to paint! We also picked out a pumpkin for Garrett to decorate...I was going to do his hand prints in purple and gold on it...but we just ran out of time! So this is our family pumpkin...
This is the McNeely family's pumpkin...they hosted the party! Cute, huh?
And this is the Myers family's pumpkin...very creative! These were the only three pumpkins that came decorated! There were other families that came, they just didn't decorate pumpkins.
Here's Katelyn and Garrett playing at the party. Katelyn was a cute little fairy! Garrett had already taken his costume off! I had bundled him up for trick or treating, so when we got back, he was ready to get out of everything!
All three of the little kids went trick or treating later in the evening after all the big kids had gone...most of the houses were already done handing out candy, but the Brittany, KaLeana, Mimi, and I had fun with the three of them anyway!
