Yesterday we had to bring Abbie Grace to her first Dr. visit for a weight and jaundice check. She had gone down in weight to 6lbs. 9oz., which was to be expected. After the jaundice test results came back a little high, Dr. Sales wanted us to go back today to get it checked again. Today all four of us made a trip to the doctor. That's right...our first outing as a family of four...to the doctor! Garrett has "the crud" with a really bad cough, so while Michael took him to see Dr. Sales, I walked Abbie Grace over to the lab for her second jaundice test. They called back this afternoon to say that her numbers were much better, and to keep up the feedings like normal. Yay Abbie Grace!
Tonight the Amedees, Mullins, and Michael went out to eat to celebrate Mr. Phil's birthday at the his favorite restaurant...the Catfish Cabin! Mom, Dad, Garrett, Abbie Grace and I stayed home and waited for the "after-party!" They all came back over after for peanut butter pie & ice cream! Yum!
